Official Server list and their server times have been released.

Vaizel, our server, will be based on a PST time zone.

I don't know exactly what this means, but I'm guessing that if they have server wide events, then the times will be based on PST.

What? that's not what the time they are opening. That's "Gmt -8" time zone also known as the Pacific standard time zone. This just means that our server's clock is based on PST time zone.

Example:

"Server event starts at 3:00 pm server time."

This would mean the even will start at 3:00pm PST time and 6:00 pm EST [your time].
